In 2018, I faced a life-altering moment when I was diagnosed with a large (3.2 cm) pancreatic aneurysm. The treatment came with complications that now leave me lighting up like a Christmas tree on an X-ray machine. During my recovery in the hospital, I reflected on my dreams, particularly my desire to travel to Bali and Vietnam. Fortunately, I made a full recovery.
By 2019, I took the plunge—packing my suitcase and purchasing an airline ticket to fulfill that dream. This experience taught me that life isn’t just about achieving milestones and then stopping; it’s about continuously pursuing what brings you joy, discovering yourself, connecting with others, and helping them realize their dreams too.
